No provider-patient relationship
Use of the Site or the MemTrax Test does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and the Company or any of its personnel. The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific physician, product, procedure, opinion, or other information that may be mentioned on the Site. Reliance on any information provided by the Company is solely at your own risk.
In an emergency
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the Site or the MemTrax Test in an urgent or emergency situation.
The MemTrax Test is not a diagnostic device
It does not diagnose memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or any other clinical condition. The MemTrax Test measures performance on a recognition-memory task and records response times.
These results are screening and self-monitoring indicators only, and must be interpreted by a qualified health provider in the context of a full clinical evaluation.
Regulatory status
The MemTrax Test has not been cleared or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, nor by any comparable regulatory authority in any other jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim, or an implication, that the MemTrax Test has received such clearance or approval.
If you are concerned about your results
Talk to your physician or other qualified health provider, and consider a full memory evaluation.
